What a great invention! I have used it now over 30+ times and it works as advertised. It does not slide around and shredding chicken is effortless with this unit. They are…. a pain in the butt to wash by hand, so make sure that you leave room in the dishwasher to clean them. They are well-made, and I would strongly suggest if you’re in the market from one this particular unit works great!!!!

This works great for shredding cooked meat. We use it all the time for shredding chicken, so much less messy than forks and knives. The handles are a nice size and I find it easy to use. Clean up is a breeze, I rinse it and throw it in the dishwash.
I should have gotten one of these a long time ago. I would also rave about how the kitchenaid mixer was great for shredding chicken. In my opinion, this is even better. Quick and even a kid can use it. Then just put right into the dishwasher.
