4. The Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

- We will send you a pre-paid return shipping label via email.
- Download and Print the label and attach it to your package.
- Mail the package from your nearest post office or carrier drop-off point.
5. Refund Timeline
Once we receive and inspect your returned item at our warehouse, we will process your refund immediately. The funds will be returned to your original payment method (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, etc.).
Timeline: It takes approximately 3 business days for the refund to appear in your account after the return has been processed.
