• 24-Hour Window: You may request to modify or cancel your order in less than 24 hours after the order is placed.
• After 24 Hours: Once this window has closed, the order has likely been processed and cannot be changed or stopped. In this case, you must follow our standard Return Policy after receiving the item.

4. Shipping & Delivery Terms

Shipping is always free to our target countries (USA, UK, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand). While we strive to meet our 0-1 day processing and 2-5 day transit timelines, these are estimates and not legal guarantees. Delivery is typically conducted Monday through Friday.

5. Product Condition & Returns

We sell products in New condition only. All items are eligible for our 30-day return policy, including both defective and non-defective items. We provide free return shipping labels via download/print, and we do not charge any restocking fees.
